JOB DESCRIPTION:
At Getmore we look for incredible and excellent people: “A Players” who embody our four values.
We are looking for a Setup Specialist to help us configure our clients' online stores. You will be responsible for setting up the store and the Shopify admin system; integrating and implementing apps and/or any plugins that need to be integrated into the store; and you must have the ability to research and test new apps that meet our clients' requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding the needs and scope of each project.
- Setting up the Shopify platform: from start to finish.
- Bulk and manual upload of products.
- Integration and implementation of Shopify Apps.
- Research into apps that solve the client's business rules.
- Troubleshooting issues related to Shopify and/or integrated apps.
- Solving problems and constant challenges: internal and external.
SKILLS:
- Extremely Detail-Oriented: Many of the stores are "live," meaning they are currently selling. Therefore, changes to the settings affect customers in real time.
- Technological skill and quick learning of different software programs.
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
- Problem solver: at Getmore we always look for the "how to" to any challenge.
- Discipline and working under pressure.
- Clear and effective communication: both written and spoken.
- Good writing and spelling: in Spanish and English.
- Proactivity and positive attitude.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in setting up e-commerce platforms.
- Experience in implementing e-commerce applications.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
- Address: Remote.
- Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with a one-hour lunch break.
- Productivity bonuses: up to 3 months' salary.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
- Submit application.
- Screening Interview (15 min).
- Assessment 1 and 2 (72 hrs).
- Online interview with the Operations Area and General Management (1 hr).
- Work references and final interview with General Management (30min).
- Meeting to review the position agreement and job offer (1 hr).
