ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Manager to act as a bridge between our Project Managers and specialized development teams. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting our clients' specific needs and translating them into concrete tasks for the programming, setup, quality assurance, and design teams. Your approach will encompass everything from thoroughly understanding projects to the effective implementation of solutions, ensuring the project runs smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understanding the needs and scope of each project.
  • Collaborate closely with programming, configuration, QA, and design teams to research and evaluate the feasibility of proposed solutions
  • Solving constant problems and challenges: internal and external.
  • Assignment and continuous monitoring of all activities for each project.
  • Deep understanding of online store configurations.
  • To execute logical and analytical reasoning to address challenges and find effective solutions.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with both internal teams and the Project Manager, providing timely and accurate updates and responses.
  • Troubleshooting issues related to Shopify and/or integrated apps.

SKILLS:

  • Extremely Detail-Oriented: Many of the stores are "live," meaning they are currently selling. Therefore, changes to the settings affect customers in real time.
  • Technological skill and quick learning of different software programs.
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
  • Problem solver: at Getmore we always look for the "how to" to any challenge.
  • Discipline and working under pressure.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and efficiently managing deadlines.
  • Clear and effective communication: both written and spoken.
  • Good writing and spelling: in Spanish and English.
  • Proactivity and positive attitude.

    GENERAL INFORMATION:

    • Address: Currently Remote.
    • Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with a one-hour lunch break.
    • Productivity bonuses: up to 3 months' salary.

    RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

    1. Submit application.
    2. Screening Interview (15 min).
    3. Assessment 1 and 2.
    4. Online interview with the Operations Area and General Management (1 hr).
    5. Work references and final interview with General Management (30min)
    6. Meeting to review the position agreement and job offer (1 hr).
